We are delighted to release our seventh set of stamps celebrating the Chinese New Year and, specifically, the Year of the Metal Rat 2020, created once again by Sydney based artist, Chrissy Lau.
According to the Chinese zodiac, known as Sheng Xiao, each Chinese New Year is characterised by one of 12 animals, being based on a 12-year cycle in line with the Chinese lunar calendar. The first animal in the cycle is the rat.
